User can review the salary change for a specific employee by selecting the record on I50 Imputed Income Analysis Dashboard and follow the link to Salary Change report. The I50 Imputed Income Analysis dashboard provides the monthly I50 deduction along with several indicators that will help determine the need for I50 adjustment for the employee. The IDC Analysis Dashboard includes four tabs: TDC-MTDC-IDC by Schools, Indirect Cost Recovery, TDC MTDC IDC Details, and Sub MTDC Details. TDC-MTDC-IDC by Schools dashboard provides an overview of costs incurred within the selected GL Date range in different categories for each school. GW Funds and 3rd Party Gifts includes all the costs related to IXXS awards, while Direct/Indirect Cost from Sponsor includes all the costs from non IXXS awards. Total Cost is all the cost incurred during the GL Date ranges. The GW Funds & 3rd Party Gifts % is the percentage of total GW Funds & 3rd Party Gifts over the Total Cost. MTDC is MTDC (generic) that includes all non costshare expenses but removed 2 CFR 200 exclusions such as patient care, subcontracts in excess of $25,000, capital expenditures, tuition/stipends, and facility rental from direct cost etc. IDC is all the indirect cost incurred during the GL Date range. Residual Funds is cost charged to account 58952. Weighted Avg Recovery is the percentage of Total IDC Cost divided by the MTDC Cost. Indirect Cost Recovery Dashboard has three reports. One is Indirect Cost Recovery, which provides the Indirect Cost, MTDC, and the Percentage of Indirect Cost Recovery by Entity. The second one is Indirect Cost Recovery by IDC Category, which provides the IDC, MTDC, Percentage of Recovery by IDC Category and Entity. The last one is Indirect Cost Recovery - MTDC Analysis report. This report breaks down the expenditures in GCAS defined categories for each entity. TDC MTDC IDC Details and Sub MTDC Details have detail transactions for the summary report.
