The 329 Account Detail report shows account detail by Accounting String and includes 'Actual' Balances and ‘Posted’ GL Line Status only.  Information is retrieved from the Data Source: General Ledger Line – Secured (FADM) provided by Tableau Server.  It retrieves GL Line information including Fiscal Year, Entered DR Amount, Entered CR Amount, Entered Amount Balance, GL Source Description, GL Category Description, Effective Date, GL Batch Name, GL Header Name, GL Header Description, GL Line Description and GL Line Number. The report can be filtered by Effective Date, Entity Code, EAS Org Code and Account Code.

The GW Crime Trends and Locations Dashboard provides a summary view of crimes that were reported to GW Police Department in the last five years. This dashboard is used by the GW Police Department to analyze the trends and locations by crime type, crime class, and crime description for more effective policing. The Dashboard contains two tabs: GW Crime Trends and GW Crime Locations. The GW Crime Trends displays the occurrence of crime in last 5 years as well as the top 25 crime classes. The GW Crime Locations displays the crime hotspots on GW's campuses.

GW Degree Validation for New Staff is a dashboard used by HR Acquition & Recruitment Office to obtain degree information on Students who graduated from GW and are seeking employment at GW. If the Student has marked their records as confidential, no data will be displayed. If the New Staff member has no degree from GW a message will display desgnating this.
