I9 Purge PIDMs is a listing of all PIDMS for terminated employees who were hired within the last 50 months so that GW DOCs can be purged.

The IDC Analysis Dashboard includes four tabs: TDC-MTDC-IDC by Schools, Indirect Cost Recovery, TDC MTDC IDC Details, and Sub MTDC Details. TDC-MTDC-IDC by Schools dashboard provides an overview of costs incurred within the selected GL Date range in different categories for each school. GW Funds and 3rd Party Gifts includes all the costs related to IXXS awards, while Direct/Indirect Cost from Sponsor includes all the costs from non IXXS awards. Total Cost is all the cost incurred during the GL Date ranges. The GW Funds & 3rd Party Gifts % is the percentage of total GW Funds & 3rd Party Gifts over the Total Cost. MTDC is MTDC (generic) that includes all non costshare expenses but removed 2 CFR 200 exclusions such as patient care, subcontracts in excess of $25,000, capital expenditures, tuition/stipends, and facility rental from direct cost etc. IDC is all the indirect cost incurred during the GL Date range. Residual Funds is cost charged to account 58952. Weighted Avg Recovery is the percentage of Total IDC Cost divided by the MTDC Cost. Indirect Cost Recovery Dashboard has three reports. One is Indirect Cost Recovery, which provides the Indirect Cost, MTDC, and the Percentage of Indirect Cost Recovery by Entity. The second one is Indirect Cost Recovery by IDC Category, which provides the IDC, MTDC, Percentage of Recovery by IDC Category and Entity. The last one is Indirect Cost Recovery - MTDC Analysis report. This report breaks down the expenditures in GCAS defined categories for each entity. TDC MTDC IDC Details and Sub MTDC Details have detail transactions for the summary report.

This dashboard contains two tabs: Interactive Grade Report and Customize Comparisons Data includes course grades, which includes letter grade distribution, mean/median GPA grades, and course enrollment for each course. It is created to automate the process of sending out grade summary reports to each school in excel format every semester. The table data source for this report is based on: TBL_STUDENT_COURSE_REGIST_PDS.

This dashboard is designed to assist FDs in analyzing the internal funding. The dashboard includes three tabs. Internal Funding Analysis is the main dashboard where FDs can search for all PTAs related to the non closed or recently closed (closed within last 18 months) IXXS awards. And then user can click on each PTA to get to more detailed actual expenditures based on the period end GL dates entered. Actual Expenditures by GL Date sub dashboard could be accessed through a link from the PTA counts per organization chart. This report provides summary information per PTA by the period end GL date. This is to provide a high level picture on where the PTA stands in terms of expenditures.

This dashboard contains 4 sub dashboards, which will be used for LOA related audit.  PPL and SD2 paid is used to ensure that only employees approved for these benefits are being paid under these earn codes.  NY Employees with UNY Deductions dashboard is used to pay for NY disability program premiums. Unpaid leave dashboard is pulling all employees in Banner in leave without pay job status for multiple benefits audits. FSA DC During LOA dashboard is used to check for FSA dependent care deductions, which cannot be continued on LOA for longer than 30 days.  Benefits will maintain the list of GWID number of Employees who are on paid LOA.  The file, with the list of GWID numbers, needs to be in CSV format, and will be emailed to BIS provided box email.   This will load the attached CSV file to BIS Box folder.  This CSV file will then be used as one of the  data sources for this report.  The BDCA codes shown on report are limited to FFD, I50, SD1, SD2  and deduction codes from category codes 15 (Employee Life Insurance),25 (Employee Non-taxable Life), and 26 (Dependent Non-taxable Life).
