Assignment Percentage
Assignment Percentage is the The percentage of full-time Teaching effort expected for a position.
Assignments
This is a calculated field of Position and Suffix that are associated with the earnings.
Assignment Type
Assignments are used to maintain and track who is assigned to a manage a prospect. See detailed definitions below: Portfolio Overview / Contacts - There are three different types (Prospect Manager, Team Member, and Supporting Member) which will be either current or former. Proposals - Each proposal should have a gift officer assigned as a Proposal Manager. Proposals may have additional individuals assigned as Proposal Team Members or Proposal Supporting Members. The proposal team is responsible for the solicitation strategy and the actual solicitation of the prospect. They may or may not be the same person responsible for managing the prospect relationship.
Assign Salary
The assign salary is the amount of money earned per pay period. It is calculated by multiplying the regular rate by the hours per pay. This may be different than the amount paid per pay period based on the factor of pays and the number of pays per year.
