Active Contract Faculty provides a way to audit contract faculty (regardless of benefits eligibility) to make sure we don't have any people on lapsed contracts.  Contract faculty typically have one to three appointments, but don't have their positions coded with an end date in Banner until their contract is not renewed. The main population would be faculty with tenure codes of: Non Tenure - Accruing, Special Service, Research, Visiting, and Regularly Part Time.

Active Employee Dashboard is a reporting tool designated to show demographic and position data for an active employee.  It is employees organized by Home Reporting Unit. Some key indicators have been summarized to facilitate: a) the visualization of bulk data and b) to filter more efficiently by one specific group of people when it comes to see the detail information. These indicators are Banner Home Organization, Employee Type, Benefit Category, Job Contract Type and Exempt/Non-Exempt employees. Additional information for the detail data includes GWID, name, Home Reporting Unit, Banner Home Org, Position Class information among others.
