4-char code associated with major (249 stands for Urban Affairs and USST stands for U.S. Studies).

Entity's preferred address as grouped into the major geographical regions within the United States. This data element represents the code value.

Management Direct Reports Count
This metric represents the count of employees who hold either a primary or secondary job and whose position reports directly to the manager’s position. Employees who do not hold a managerial position will have a value of zero. For employees in managerial positions, the count reflects only their direct reports and excludes employees belonging to specific Employee Classes listed in notes section.
Management Direct Reports FTE Sum
This metric represents the Full Time Equivalent (FTE) hours for employees who hold either a primary or secondary job and whose position reports directly to the manager’s position. Employees who do not hold a managerial position will have a value of zero. For employees in managerial positions, the sum reflects only the work‑week hours of their direct reports and excludes employees belonging to specific Employee Classes.
