This dashboard contains two tabs: Interactive Grade Report and Customize Comparisons Data includes course grades, which includes letter grade distribution, mean/median GPA grades, and course enrollment for each course. It is created to automate the process of sending out grade summary reports to each school in excel format every semester. The table data source for this report is based on: TBL_STUDENT_COURSE_REGIST_PDS.

Internal Funding Analysis is the main dashboard where FDs can search for all PTAs related to the non closed or recently closed (closed within last 18 months) IXXS awards. And then user can click on each PTA to get to more detailed actual expenditures based on the period end GL dates entered. Actual Expenditures by GL Date sub dashboard could be accessed through a link from the PTA counts per organization chart. This report provides summary information per PTA by the period end GL date. This is to provide a high level picture on where the PTA stands in terms of expenditures.

This dashboard contains 4 sub dashboards, which will be used for LOA related audit.  PPL and SD2 paid is used to ensure that only employees approved for these benefits are being paid under these earn codes.  NY Employees with UNY Deductions dashboard is used to pay for NY disability program premiums. Unpaid leave dashboard is pulling all employees in Banner in leave without pay job status for multiple benefits audits. FSA DC During LOA dashboard is used to check for FSA dependent care deductions, which cannot be continued on LOA for longer than 30 days.  Benefits will maintain the list of GWID number of Employees who are on paid LOA.  The file, with the list of GWID numbers, needs to be in CSV format, and will be emailed to BIS provided box email.   This will load the attached CSV file to BIS Box folder.  This CSV file will then be used as one of the  data sources for this report.  The BDCA codes shown on report are limited to FFD, I50, SD1, SD2  and deduction codes from category codes 15 (Employee Life Insurance),25 (Employee Non-taxable Life), and 26 (Dependent Non-taxable Life).

LOA Payroll Audit Dashboard is primarily used by Benefits team to audit various GW benefits and payrolls related to leave of absence. The Salary Increment report will pull salary increases by month and year, which will be used to audit life, AD&D and disability increase during a leave of absence. Payroll Report is used to review employee hours paid for multiple uses including FMLA eligibility and DC Sick and Safe Leave accruals.  Earn Code Report will pull payroll transactions for Earn Code SD2 (GW Paid STD) and PPL (Staff paid parental leave) to ensure they are being charged to account 51824.
