This dashboard contains 4 sub dashboards, which will be used for LOA related audit.  PPL and SD2 paid is used to ensure that only employees approved for these benefits are being paid under these earn codes.  NY Employees with UNY Deductions dashboard is used to pay for NY disability program premiums. Unpaid leave dashboard is pulling all employees in Banner in leave without pay job status for multiple benefits audits. FSA DC During LOA dashboard is used to check for FSA dependent care deductions, which cannot be continued on LOA for longer than 30 days.  Benefits will maintain the list of GWID number of Employees who are on paid LOA.  The file, with the list of GWID numbers, needs to be in CSV format, and will be emailed to BIS provided box email.   This will load the attached CSV file to BIS Box folder.  This CSV file will then be used as one of the  data sources for this report.  The BDCA codes shown on report are limited to FFD, I50, SD1, SD2  and deduction codes from category codes 15 (Employee Life Insurance),25 (Employee Non-taxable Life), and 26 (Dependent Non-taxable Life).

Registration by semester that includes visualizations by term as well as semester. 4. Registration by activity date plus a comparison by month. 5. Registration by statu date (RSTS Date) plus a comparison by month. 6. Registration added by , that identifies the person who added the information based on Banner IDs, also a visualization by group. 7. Registration added by known user that shows information included but not identified by a Banned ID. Plus a visualization by group. 8. Days(RSTS-Activity) that shows an area chart by day of registration status date.
