This dashboard contains two tabs. Awards with Good and Services POS and Awards with GS Budget no POs. These reports provide a way for users to monitor awards and the spending on the awards. It also provides a quick way for user to find the awards the POs are charging to. Users can find POs created on or after specified date that are charging to Grants or Users can find awards created before selected date with specified goods and services budget, but with no PO yet.

Based on an "estimated per credit hour gross tuition amount" the report reflects whether a Faculty's salary is covered. The Detail report provides more data on the position and courses taught. Security: Deans and their designates will only be able to view data from their own school. The Provost and his/her designates will be able to see all schools. Only selected users will be able to view Compensation.

QA Award Review dashboard includes two sub dashboards: QA Award Review and Admin Establishment to Fully Executed Review. QA Award Review dashboard is used by GCAS QA team to monitor the new awards setup to make sure the specified review points are correct. User can enter the award creation date from and to to pull all the awards that have been created during that period of time. For each review point that has a number greater than 0, user can click the number and see the details of the awards. Admin Establishment to Fully Executed Review dashboard is trying to capture the awards that were set up as admin establishment awards (with AT Risk status and $0 budget) , and then were changed to fulling executed awards (Active status with budget). This dashboard is to assist GCAS QA team to monitor the specified review points for the fully executed awards to make sure they were set up correctly.
