Hard Credit Donor

Hard Credit Donor

The contributor who transferred their money or other property to GW. The donor is the party who would be allowed to take an IRS deduction (regardless of the donor intent to take the deduction). The hard credit donor and amount are listed on the Gift Receipt for tax purposes. In the case of an individual, this will be in the format: last name, first name, middle initial.

Headcount

Headcount refers to the distinct count of GW employees. This can be broken out by additional dimensions such as employee type, race/ethnicity, or generation.

Health Careers Opportunity Program

Indicates if a student responded "Yes" to the following application prompt: I participated in an academic enrichment program funded in whole or in part by the Health Careers Opportunity Program

Health Prof Shortage Area

Indicates if a student responded "Yes" to the following application prompt: I am from a family that lives in an area that is designated as a Health Professional Shortage Area, or a Medically Underserved Area

Highest Relevant Degree

Highest Relevant Degree is a user entered field to allow the user to enter data

Highest Sponsor Class Code

The class code of the highest sponsor for the award. If there is a Prime Sponsor for the award, it would be the Prime Sponsor Class Code. If no Prime Sponsor exists, it would be the Sponsor Class Code.

Highest Sponsor ID

The ID of the highest sponsor for the award. If there is a Prime Sponsor for the award, it would be the ID for the Prime. If no Prime Sponsor exists, it would be the ID of the Sponsor.

Highest Sponsor Name

The name of the highest sponsor for the award. If there is a Prime Sponsor for the award, it would be the Prime Sponsor Name. If no Prime Sponsor exists, it would be the Sponsor Name.

Highest Sponsor Name

The name of the highest sponsor for the award. If there is a Prime Sponsor for the award, it would be the Prime Sponsor Name. If no Prime Sponsor exists, it would be the Sponsor Name.

Highest Sponsor Type

The type of the highest sponsor for the award. If there is a Prime Sponsor for the award, it would be the Prime Sponsor Type. If no Prime Sponsor exists, it would be the Sponsor Type.

Hiring Max

This compensation metric amount is calculated by increasing the Salary Range High by 95%.

History Date

The pay event date refered to as "history date" of a transaction

Hold Issued by

The Office/Department that created a hold for the student.   A hold can only be released by the office that placed it.

Hold Reason

The reason for the hold.

Hold Released?

Indicates whether a hold has been lifted by the office/department that created it

Holds Exist? (Y/N)

Indicate if there is any hold that prevents graduation related services

Hold Type

The type of hold on the person's record.

Hold User

Hold User is the Banner user ID for the person or job that created the hold record.
