Calculated I-9 Date
The Calculated I-9 Date is a derived date value used for calculation of I-9 delinquency. It will generally be the Original I-9 Date unless certain other conditions are met (e.g. Original I-9 Date is null, etc.).
Calculation Rule
This field is a number (10, 20, 21, 50, 54) that identifies the calculation used.
CALENDAR DATE
The calendar date allows the specific day to be identified.
CALENDAR DAY
The specific calendar day associated with the calendar date.
CALENDAR DAY OF WEEK
The specific day of the week associated with the calendar date.
CALENDAR MONTH
The specific calendar month associated with the calendar date in MM format.
CALENDAR MONTH ABBREV
The specific calendar abbreviated month associated with the calendar date. Ex. Jan.
CALENDAR MONTH DESC
The specific calendar month spelled out associated with the calendar date. Ex. January.
CALENDAR YEAR
The one-year period that begins on January 1 and ends on December 31, based on the commonly used Gregorian calendar.

Callee Device Type
Refers to the classification of the hardware or endpoint device used by the callee
Callee DID Number
Refers to the Direct Inward Dialing (DID) number assigned to the callee (the person or entity receiving the call).
Callee Ext Number
Refers to the specific numeric extension assigned to the callee
Callee Ext Type
Refers to the classification or format of the extension associated with the callee
Callee Name
Refers to the name or identifier of the individual or entity receiving a call within the application.
Callee Number Type
Refers to the classification of the phone number associated with the callee
Caller Device Type
Refers to the classification of the hardware or endpoint device used by the caller
Caller DID Number
Refers to the Direct Inward Dialing (DID) number assigned to the caller
Caller Ext Number
Refers to the specific numeric extension assigned to the caller
Caller Ext Type
Refers to the classification or format of the extension associated with the caller
Caller Name
Refers to the name or identifier of the individual or entity initiating a call within the application
Caller Number Type
Refers to the classification of the phone number associated with the caller
Call ID
Call ID refers to a unique alphanumeric identifier assigned to each call within the application. It ensures that every call record can be distinctly referenced, tracked, and managed across systems and processes.
Call Result
Call Result refers to the outcome or final status of a call after it has been attempted or completed within the application. It indicates whether the call was successfully connected, answered, or terminated without connection.
Calls to Ticket Variance
The difference between the number of ITSC calls answered (calculated from the ACD Calls Answered field) and the number of tickets opened.
Call Type
Refers to the classification of a call based on its nature or purpose within the application.
