Job End Date
The effective date the job will terminate. If the date is null, then the job is defined as indefinite.
Job Family
A job family is a grouping of roles that have a similar nature of work and utilize a similar skill set, but that require differing levels and specializations of skill, effort or responsibility (e.g. Accountant vs. Payroll Specialist, both in the Finance and Business family). GW has 21 job families
Job Family Activity Date
Job Family Activity Date is the Date of the person entering the data into the Banner table
Job Family Code
A job family code is a referential value in Banner for a specific Job Family.
Job Family UserID
Job Family UserID is the ID of the person entering the data into the Banner table
Job Group
Job Group is a concatenation of the Position Group Code and the the Position Group for the employee's most recent previous position
Job Location
Description of the job/hiring location.
Job Location Code
Code associated with this job/hiring location.
Job Status
The Status field specifies the status of the job. Employee's job status could be:Active, Leave without pay with benefits, Leave without pay without benefits, Leave with full pay and benefits, Leave with partial pay and benefits or Terminated.
Job Status Code
Describes Job Status Code of the Employee
Job Subfamily
A job subfamily is a more specific specialty within the job family (e.g. Accounting and Payroll are both subfamilies of the Finance and Business job family). GW has over 160 job subfamilies.
Job Subfamily Activity Date
Job Subfamily Activity Date is the Date of the person entering the Job Subfamily Code into the Banner table
Job Subfamily Code
A job subfamily code is a referential value in Banner for a specific Job Subfamily.
Job Subfamily UserID
Job Subfamily UserID is the ID of the person entering the Job Subfamily Code into the Banner table
Job Suffix
Part of the unique key on the job record for an employee which is required by Banner. Suffix does not presently have a prescribed usage or format as applied to jobs at GW.
Job Title
A title specific to a given job. This value defaults from the Banner Position Title but can be further edited on the job record.
Journal
Journal ID assigned to an entry in EAS general ledger, whether entered or interfaced data
Keyword Rank/Position
Is an approximation of your website's position for a particular search term among paid search ads. The better the rank (i.e. "1"), the easier your website is to find in search results for that keyword.
Lab Name
The anatomy lab experience the student participated in that they are providing feedback for.
Labor Cost
The amount of labor cost for the period and for the Banner Chart of Account elements
Labor Distribution
Labor distribution represents how a position is budgeted or a job is charged. The labor distribution is broken out into 6 main elements in Banner: Organization, Fund, Account, Program, Activity, and Location. A job can be charged to multiple combinations of these elements, represented by percentage, but the sum of the percentages of charges must always equal 100%.
Labor Distribution Index
The Index in Banner is used as a short cut method to the data entry of an accounting distribution. It may contain any or all of the account distribution columns.
Labor Distribution Organization
The organization to which labor is charged.
Labor Effective Date
Labor Effective Date is the date the position labor distributuion is effective
Labor Effort
The percent of effort spent by an employee on a given award based on Banner HR Labor Distributions.
