Age at Matriculation

Standard apply term start date and birthdate are used to calculate student's age at matriculation.

Age Group

Distinct count of enrolled students between age group of every 10 years.

Agency Award Number

The award number that the sponsoring Agency uses to track the award. This award number is externally generated and differs from the GW-assigned award number.

Agency Specific Form

Agency specified from name for billing format

Age of Ticket

The age of the ticket, or, how many days, including weekends and holidays, have the tickets been open.

Agreement ID

Identifier of agreement that binds to the award.

AHS or GED

Indicates if a student responded "Yes" to the following application prompt: I am a high school drop-out who received AHS diploma or GED

Alias

This is a 6 digit GWU Department/Alias Number.

All Awards

Used to count distinct Awards between the chosen timeframe defined by two the dates: Modified date From and Modified date to.

Allocation

Includes both the Allocation Code and the Allocation Name. The allocation tracks the designation of a contribution. Advance allocations are managed independently from University accounts and do not represent a one to one relationship to University accounts. The allocation record has codes relating to University accounts where known, the School/Unit that the allocation is designated to, and connects to stewardship information where appropriate.

Allocation

Allocation Account

A name for the allocation record, used for internal references within reporting. All allocation values correspond to a higher-level School/Unit. This data element represents the allocation description value.

Allocation Account 2

The linking key to University's Org code.

Allocation Accounting School

Accounting school assigned for the allocation

Allocation Accounting String

9 segment accounting where tuition revenue allocated to either the school of enrollment or the teaching school was posted in the EAS general ledger.

Allocation Agency

Agency assigned to the allocation

Allocation Alpha Sort

The allocation name as it needs to be sorted in report listings. This value may differ than then allocation name.

Allocation Amount

Portion of the tuition revenue allocated to the beneficiary department (either teaching department or school of enrollment) based upon the applicable budget model and course characteristics.

Allocation Annual SW

Annual SW indicator for the allocation

Allocation Athletics IND

A Y/N value indicating if the allocation is used to support University athletic teams.

Allocation Category

University-defined groupings of allocations to segment fundraising totals by how the revenue is allocated for spending. All values are determined by a pre-defined grouping of the CFAE Purpose Code and CFAE Sub Code.

Allocation Code

The primary key for allocation data within the Advance application. Advance allocations are managed independently from University accounts and do not represent a one to one relationship to University accounts. This data element represents the five-digit alpha-numeric allocation code value.

Allocation Date Added

A system audit value that identifies the date on which the allocation record was created within in the Advance application.

Allocation Date Modified

A system audit value that identifies the date on which the allocation record was last modified within the Advance application.
