Funded Amount
Based on the transaction that is processed in Advance and linked to the proposal record.

Based on the transaction Date of Record.

Fund Group
The fund type group associated with the fund type code
Fund Hierarchy
The concatenation of the hierarchy for the Fund
Fund ID
Numeric unique identifier of a Funding Source assigned by EAS -- NOT the Fund Code used for data input or reporting (see Fund Code)

This is a GCAS defined term that groups awards based on the current award funding amount.
Funding Modification?
Indicates that a funding modification has been made to an award. This flag='Y' when the installment's creation date it is within 30 days of the current date.

Indicates that a funding modification has been made to an award. This flag='Y' when the installment's creation date it is within 30 days of the current date.
Funding Set
The source of the NAC.
Funding Source
Funding Source is the type of funding associated with the Banner Fund Type, ex. When Banner Fund Type Code = 'A' Then 'Research Total', when Banner Fund Type Code = 'C' Then 'Current Operating Funds', etc.

Funding Source Award Number
The Sponsor's award number for the specific award (not GW Award Number)
Funding Source Description
The sponsor name (the entity providing GW the funding)
Funding Source ID
Identifier for funding source that originates the award
Funding Source Reporting Attribute (RA)
An attribute added to the Funding Source that helps to group Funding Sources in a certain category for reporting purposes. Stored as a DFF (eg. Fellowship, Default)
Funding Source Segment
Funding Source Segment from the Chart of Account for sponsor. The funding source segment is a
7-digit smart number that consists of 2-3 letters followed 4-5 numbers. The
letters designate the type of sponsor (federal government, foundation,
state/local government, international foundation, etc). The numbers
group related federal agencies together.
Funding Source Threshold
Funding Source Threshold is based on the amount of an employees Job Labor percentage that is distributed to Research funding, ie less than 75%, more than 75% or none
Funding Year Proposal Sequence No
The Funding Year Proposal Sequence No corresponds to the year when the funding will be released. (ATP tracks up to to 10 years.)

The number of levels in the Fund hierarchy
