Foreign Source
For purposes of reporting under the HEA, "the term 'foreign source' means (A) a foreign government, including an agency of a foreign government; (B) a legal entity, governmental or otherwise, created solely under the laws of a foreign state or states; (C) an individual who is not a citizen or a national of the United States or a trust territory or protectorate thereof; and (D) an agent, including a subsidiary or affiliate of a foreign legal entity, acting on behalf of a foreign source." For HEA reporting - indicate whether foreign source payment is received from a government or government agency (since all payments received from a foreign government are aggregated as a single source for reporting)

Full-Time
Regular full-time staff positions are anticipated to last for a period of more than six months and are generally scheduled for 40 hours per workweek.
Full Time Equivalent
The Full Time Equivalent (FTE) represents the hours an employee is scheduled to work in a pay period divided by the total number of full time hours in a pay period. For Biweekly, full time is considered to be 80 hours per week. For monthly, full time is considered to be 174 hours per week. For example, a biweekly employee working 40 hours per pay period would have an FTE of 0.5 (40 divided by 80).
