Cleared Amount

Check amount which was manually set in Cleared status

Clicks

It is the act of someone clicking on a creative unit or impressions.

Click Through Rate (CTR)

A ratio showing how often people who see your ad end up clicking it. CTR can be used to gauge how well your keywords and ads are performing.

Clinics

Indicates which Clinics student partitipated in

Clinics Director Ind

Indicates if student was Clinics director

Clinic Semesters

Semesters in which student particiated in GW Law Clinic(s)

Closed Proposals

Indicates if the proposal is closed, either through acceptance or decline, based on the Proposal Status set to Closed.

Closing Net Assets

The amount of net assets at the end of a selected time period.

Cloud Analysis Phase

This field identifies where the service resides within the cloud analysis life cycle.

Cloud Model Selected

This field indicates the Cloud Model type chosen for the service. Software as a Service (SaaS, Platform as a Service (PaaS), Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) or "Not Selected"

CMS Certification Number

Coaching attended

Number of coaching appointments that were attended.

Coaching missed for CCS

Number of coaching appointments missed for Career Center.

COAS Code

Indicates the chart of accounts code in the finance system

Code Combination ID (CCID)

Unique identifier assigned to the combination of 9 segment codes in the General Ledger Accounting String.

College

Colleges are the primary academic units of the university and administer the university's academic departments and programs.

College Abbreviation

Abbreviated name of the college such as CCAS = Columbian Coll of Arts & Sci

College Code

Primary college code is used to identify colleges such as "01" is for Columbian College

College Group

College Group defined in english tied to the College group code.

College Group Code

Groups Colleges into areas for GW and other universities. Such as 08 is used for Columbian Col & Grad School and Graduate School of Arts & Science.

College Not Encouraged

Indicates if a student responded "Yes" to the following application prompt: I am from a school district where 50% or less of graduates go to college or where college education is not encouraged

Colonial Temps

Colonial Temps are employees who are not Benefit Eligible and are members of GW's internal temp agency of the same name. Colonial Temps typically have limited appointments of 6 months or less.
