Transfer Date Year Month Code

Transfer Effective Term
The term when the transfer course became effective
Transfer Group
Hard coded value "Transfer In" to show if a student has transferred in from another College.
Transfer Institution Code
The code used for the transfer Institution.
Transfer Primary Flag
The Primary Flag indicates when two or more courses from another institution are combined to create a GW equivalent. Banner requires us to select one course in a group as the primary course.

Transfer Subject Code
Shows the subject code of the course being transfered.
Transition Stage ID
Each lifecycle phase has an Identification number. We will track the Roadmap Initiative ID, Transition ID or Work Order ID in this field
Trans Year
This is the year of the pay date of the pay period for the initial transaction. For all the subsequent redistribution this is the year of the transaction date of the redistribution.

True Hours
True Hours are the actual hours worked based on the job appointment percentage

Tuition
The amount of money charged to students for instructional services

Tuition revenue associated with student(s) for a specific
semester(s)/term(s)
Tuition Award
This term refers to the portion of the fellowship that is a
direct credit to a student’s account for courses taken, awarded either as
credit hours or a dollar equivalent.
Tuition awards are non-taxable.
Tuition/Stipend
This is a calculated field based on the Direct/Indirect Cost from Sponsor for accounts 57111 to 57115
Turnover
Turnover describes when an employee ends employment at the university, typically in a position that will be filled with a new employee. If the position is not intended to be filled, it is instead classified as Position Elimination.
Turnover Rate
The percentage of employees that leave the university during a certain period of time divided by the average headcount over that same period of time.
Turnover Type
There are two types of turnovers. Voluntary and InVoluntary. Voluntary, which occurs when an employee voluntarily chooses to resign from the organization. InVoluntary, which occurs when the employer makes the decision to discharge an employee.
Tution/Fee Waiver(Y/N)
If there is a Tution/Fee Waiver for the course/section. This box should be checked if tuition is directly assigned to the section.
