Degree Award Category Code
Up to 6-char code associated with the award category (e.g. 45 stands for Post-Doctoral Award).

Degree Code
Codes used to identify College degrees such as MBA is for Master of Business Admin.
Degree Desc
An academic title conferred by a college, university, or other post-secondary education institution as official recognition for the successful completion of a program of studies. Can be awarded as an honorary recognition for outstanding achievement or merit.
Degree Level
Combination of the academic level of the degree and the code.
Degree level
The classification of an academic program or student status, including Associate, Bachelor, Master, Doctoral, Non-Degree, Medicine, or Law.
Degree Level Code
Up to 6-char code associated with the academic level of the degree (01 stands for undergraduate, 02 for graduate.)
Degree Not Awarded
Indicates if student has not earned a degree for the tracked SMHS program
Degree-Seeking Student
A person who is admitted to an institution, is enrolled in courses for credit at that institution, and who is recognized by the institution as pursuing a program of studies that leads to the awarding of a degree or other formal credential.
Degree Seq No
This is the number assigned to each degree application the student has.
Degree Status
Describes what the degree status code is. i.e. AW=Awarded
Degree Status Awarded Code
Indicator for the status of the degree Awarded p=pending, a=awarded
Degree Status Code
2 Char code that identifies the status of the degree. E.g., AW= Awarded, NC=Not Cleared
Degree Status Description
Describes what the degree status code is. Ie AW=Awarded
Degree Valid Indicator
List "Y" is Degree is Valid
Delete Indicator
Delete student from award sequence (D/null).
Delinquency Percentage
It is an expression of Delinquency rate as an percentage
Delinquency Rate
The Delinquency rate is the number of employees with delinquent I-9s divided by the total number of employees hired during the specified time period.
Delinquent Code
This field identifies the delinquency code referenced on the Account Review Form and Billing Message Form.
Delinquent Code Desc
This field specifies the account status (e.g. 30 days past due, referred to collection agency) associated with the delinquency code
Delinquent I-9 Indicator
The Delinquent I-9 Indicator indicates whether an employee completed their I-9 within 3 business days of employment or not. Values are "Y" for beyond 3 days or null for 3 days or less.
Delinquent Update
This field specifies the most current date record was created or updated.
Delivery
Manner in which the course is delivered to the student.

Delivery point associated with the address for barcode mailings.
