Coverage Date
Benefit deduction begin date
Create Date Timestamp
The date when the Award was created in the Award Tracking Portal
Created By
The name of the person who created the report or query.
Created in last 30 days?
Indicates that an award was created within the last 30 days
Create Time Date
The time when the ticket was created.
Create Timestamp
Date and Time the incident was created in the system. Creation may be delayed from submission time if the Remedy Mail server is delayed in entering the request into the system
Create User
The name of the person who created the entry.
Creation Date
Date that transaction activity was created.
Credential Lack (Decision Status)
Credential Lack is one of the decision statuses.
Credit
Total Credit Amount of JE lines Charged to Accounting String
Credit Hour High Limit
Displays the highest hour limit for a course.
Credit Hour Indicator
Used with the Credit Hour Low Limit and the Credit Hour High Limit to indicate if the range is using "TO" or "OR".
Credit Hour Low Limit
Displays the lowest hour limit for a course.
Credit Hour Percentage of Total
The credit hours taught as a percentage to the total
Credit Hours
Total credit hours for the student term course combination.
Credit Hours Excludes 3B
Total credit hours for the student term course combination excluding the duplicated 3B amounts.
3A and 3B are both allocating Graduate level tuition. The 3A line is when the teaching college is the same as the enrollment college. When the teaching college is not the same as the student's enrollment college, a duplicate 3B line is added with the same information as the 3A line. The one difference is the Allocation amount is split between the 3A and 3B lines (between the Enrollment and Teaching colleges).
Credit Hours Generated
Sum of the actual enrollment times the credit hours of the course per semester.
CRM Contact ID
Unique identifier assigned to application records in TargetX CRM.
CRN
CRN is the abbreviation for Course Reference Number; in combination with a term code it references a specific session of the course
Cross List Actual
Cross listed course actual number of seats.
Cross List Group
Courses that meet at the same place and time
Cross List Max
If two or more courses are cross-listed, this means that they are taught
by the same professor and meet in the same classroom at the same time.
Each individual course will have its own enrollment cap, but the courses
combined have one overall cap that can be reached through any
combination of the individual caps. Just because one of the cross-listed
courses is closed does not mean that the other is closed.
Cross List Total Credits
Define the total Credit Hours obtained by merging all Cross Listed Course's Credits
CSS AFDC
Student's income from aid to families with dependent children program on the College Scholar Service (CSS) profile.
CSS Business Farm Debt
The amount of the student's outstanding debts against business and farm assets on the CSS profile.
